Producer Sakett Saawhney, who has got into the culinary circuit with his restaurant Big Bang Cuurry, has been quite successful. The producer says that people have been loving his new joint. “We started slow but as the feedback and reviews are pouring in, we are picking up,” he says.

Ask him what are the favourite dishes at her restaurant, and he says, “From Butter Chicken to Galouti Kebabs to Soya Chaaps to Rolls…our friends have varied choices!”

The producer has been balancing his shows and the venture well. “The key to multitasking is time management. My partner handles the kitchen in the lunch hours while I work on my shows and once I wrap up, I spend a couple of hours in the evening. The rest of the time, I am available on call as and when required and have access to the CCTV camera to monitor the kitchen,” he says. Sakett friends from the fraternity like Karan PatelAnita Hassanandani and Rohit Reddy  love the food from Big Bang Cuurry.
